TE Trey McBride: 64 snaps (97.0%), 31.0% tgt share
TE Tip Reiman: 34 snaps (51.5%), 3.4% tgt share
Need to know: Conner is still the
lead-back but the pre-season idea that Benson (52-yard run) will
play more in 2025 seems like it’s going to happen. Zay Jones isn’t
fantasy worthy yet, but he’s ahead of Dortch on the depth chart.
TE Kyle Pitts: 59 snaps (77.6%), 18.6% tgt share
TE Charlie Woerner: 32 snaps (42.1%), 2.3% tgt share
Need to know: WR Darnell Mooney
was Inactive. Expect him to replace Washington in the starting
lineup when he returns. London (15 tgts) hit the low version of
his expected outcomes this week – had numerous endzone looks that
just missed. Sizeable rush share for Allgeier (35.7%), but that
didn’t stop Bijan who racked 100 yds receiving.
TE Mark Andrews: 38 snaps (74.5%), 5.3% tgt share
TE Charlie Kolar: 31 snaps (60.8%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: Wild game led to
huge fantasy scores. RB Keaton Mitchell was Inactive as Ali plays
on special teams. Mitchell will only have value only if Henry
or Hill get hurt. Bills had no answer for Henry (18-169-2, 1-13-0)…
or Lamar (209-2; 6-70-1)… or Flowers (7-143-1). Highlight reel
TD catch by Hopkins! TE Isaiah Likely was Inactive.
TE Dawson Knox: 48 snaps (56.5%), 4.4% tgt share
TE Dalton Kincaid: 43 snaps (50.6%), 8.9% tgt share
Need to know: Wild game led to
huge fantasy scores. Ty Johnson (32.9% snap share) played more
than expected as Buffalo was in catch-up mode in the second half.
Cook (102 yds, 1 TD) on 18 touches. Keon Coleman (11 tgts) looks
like he’s going to make a year 2 leap.
Need to know: Game was delayed
1 hr 15 minutes due to weather. As expected, McMillan (9 tgts),
Legette (7 tgts) and Renfrow (6 tgts) were the top three wideouts.
Bad showing by the Panthers offense, but upcoming schedule is
favorable so willing to be patient.
TE Drew Sample: 36 snaps (69.2%), 4.3% tgt share
TE Noah Fant: 26 snaps (50.0%), 21.7% tgt share
TE Mike Gesicki: 16 snaps (30.8%), 13.0% tgt share
Need to know: Ugly day at the office
for this group. Just 113 yards passing for Burrow. Ja’Marr Chase
and Fant led the team with 5 targets a piece. 23 touches for Chase
Brown (21-43-1, 2-8-0).
Need to know: 45 pass attempts
for Flacco. Sampson (20 touches) the preferred RB in the passing
game (8 tgts). Muted role for Jerome Ford (7 touches). Backup
rookie TE Harold Fannin Jr. (9 tgts) isn’t a backup!
Need to know: Rookie RB Jaydon
Blue was inactive. His fantasy impact will have to wait. Javonte
was the clear lead RB. Turpin used in the running game, end-arounds
and gadget type plays – more fantasy value than Tolbert.
TE Evan Engram: 26 snaps (34.2%), 10.8% tgt share
TE Adam Trautman: 44 snaps (57.9%), 2.7% tgt share
TE Lucas Krull: 22 snaps (28.9%), 5.4% tgt share
Need to know: Dobbins (18 touches)
clear lead RB over Harvey (7 touches). Badie’s snap share (18.4%)
is enough to be annoying. Rookie wideout Pat Bryant played just
4 snaps - behind Trent Sherfield on the depth chart. TE Evan Engram
was bothered by a calf injury.
TE Sam LaPorta: 61 snaps (91.0%), 23.7% tgt share
TE Brock Wright: 24 snaps (35.8%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: We’ve been a little
cautious on the Lions heading into the season but this performance
was a little surprising. Running game went nowhere - 20 combined
carries for Gibbs and Montgomery led to 44 yards. Big PPR day
for Gibbs who caught 10 passes but for just 31 yards. TeSlaa highlight
TD despite playing behind Raymond (65.7% snap share).
TE Tucker Kraft:
44 snaps (91.7%), 18.2% tgt share
TE Luke Musgrave:
17 snaps (35.4%), 4.5% tgt share
Need to know: Jacobs saw 19 of
20 running back carries. Jayden Reed (foot) was limited to just
18 snaps but led the team with 5 targets. With five-plus receivers
rotating, it’s hard to get excited about anyone in the Green Bay
WR room.
TE Dalton Schultz: 34 snaps (54.0%), 18.5% tgt share
TE Cade Stover: 36 snaps (57.1%), 14.8% tgt share
Need to know: Chubb (13 touches)
was the clear lead RB. Nobody else has fantasy value until we
get rid of this four-man RBBC. Xavier Hutchinson and Justin Watson
played ahead of rookies Higgins and Noel. Nico and TE Schultz
led the team with 5 targets.
TE Tyler Warren: 53 snaps (72.6%), 31.0% tgt share
TE Mo Alie-Cox: 33 snaps (45.2%), 3.4% tgt share
TE Andrew
Ogletree: 27 snaps (37.0%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know:Daniel Jones looked
competent in first game with Colts. Vultured two one-yard rushing
TDs from Jonathan Taylor. Giddens is the clear No.2 RB and worthy
of a bench stash. Miami-D is someone we’ll be picking on all season.
TE Tyler Warren is going to be a TE1 as long as he’s healthy.
He’s presence could spell doom for Josh Downs’ value.
Need to know: Etienne (19 touches)
was the clear RB1. I’m not holding Tuten right now is shallower
redraft leagues. Brian Thomas Jr. had one catch on 7 targets –
scored on a rush. Hunter led the team with 8 targets and played
just 6 snaps on defense. His targets were mostly short-area and
screens.
TE Travis Kelce: 51 snaps (83.6%), 10.5% tgt share
TE Noah Gray: 25 snaps (41.0%), 2.6% tgt share
Need to know: Brutal situation
for Worthy – injured his shoulder on the Chiefs first series.
Still waiting on how long he will be out. Significant snaps for
Thornton (72%) – he’ll be a weekly dart throw in deep leagues
if Worthy misses time. Don’t see the upside with Pacheco at the
moment – splitting too much time with Hunt.
TE Will Dissly: 37 snaps (56.9%), 2.9% tgt share
TE Tyler Conklin: 28 snaps (43.1%), 5.9% tgt share
Need to know: Justin Herbert (7-32-0)
noted in the off-season he would run more. Seems like that’s going
to happen. Box score wasn’t there, encouraging usage for Hampton.
He was the clear lead back with Najee (1 carry) missing the pre-season.
McConkey, Johnston working in 2-WR sets – Keenan in on 3 WR sets.
Nothing doing for rookie Harris at the moment.
TE Michael Mayer: 40 snaps (63.5%), 12.1% tgt share
TE Brock Bowers: 32 snaps (50.8%), 24.2% tgt share
TE Ian Thomas: 20 snaps (31.7%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: Mostert was supposed
to be the third-down RB - he was inactive. Workhorse role for
rookie Jeanty was encouraging - hope to seem him more involved
in the passing game moving forward. Tucker worked as the No.2
wideout making him a waiver wire consideration. Bowers left with
a knee injury but seems fine. Mayer’s involvement (63.5% snap
share) is worth noting as we move forward.
TE Tanner Conner: 28 snaps (58.3%), 12.9% tgt share
TE Julian Hill: 28 snaps (58.3%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: TE Darren Waller
was inactive. Miami is a mess both offensively and defensively.
Hard to trust anyone in your lineup outside of Achane in PPR leagues.
TE Hunter Henry: 66 snaps (93.0%), 17.8% tgt share
TE Austin Hooper: 23 snaps (32.4%), 2.2% tgt share
Need to know: Pats taking it easy
on Diggs (40.8% snap share) early in the season? New England rotating
5 wideouts isn’t great but Boutte will be a hot waiver wire add
this week. Not surprised at the Rhamondre-TreVeyon usage. The
six targets for Henderson are encouraging.
Need to know: TE Juwan Johnson
is going to be a viable weekly option. Consider him if you’re
streaming the position. Olave was banged up multiple times in
this game.
Need to know:Jaxson Dart is going
to get the starting nod soon. Tracy is the clear lead RB with
Skattebo (4 touches) fighting for scraps with Singletary (3 touches).
Need to know: Efficient day for
Breece (5.6 ypc) but the presence of Fields (12 carries, 48 yds,
2 TDs) and Allen (6-9-1) in short yardage and around the goaline
are going to keep Breece out of RB1 range most weeks. All the
snaps for Garrett Wilson. Reynolds is probably least attractive
No.2 wideout in the league. Rookie TE Mason Taylor played 87.5%
of the snaps.
Need to know: Will Shipley seemed
like he was going to have a noteworthy role in the offense but
injured his ribs in the 2nd quarter. Prefer him over Dillon assuming
he’s not out for an extended period of time. No worries on Brown
despite 1 target.
Need to know: Kaleb (1 touch) firmly
behind Gainwell (10 touches). Gainwell splits time with Warren
(13 touches). Metcalf (7 tgts) and Austin (6 tgts) were the clear
top two wideouts. Arthur Smith rotating three TEs but at least
Jonnu got 6 tgts.
TE AJ Barner: 44 snaps (84.6%), 9.1% tgt share
TE Elijah Arroyo: 16 snaps (30.8%), 4.5% tgt share
TE Eric Saubert: 9 snaps (17.3%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: Not good for Walker.
Charbonnet (12-47-1) was significantly involved from the get-go,
although early drives that Walker played in were very short which
likely skewed his touch numbers. Still, this seems like an even
backfield at the moment. 13 targets for JSN led the team. Nobody
else had more than 3. TE Barner, well ahead of Arroyo.
TE George Kittle: 21 snaps (27.6%), 11.8% tgt share
TE Luke Farrell: 44 snaps (57.9%), 2.9% tgt share
TE Jake Tonges: 30 snaps (39.5%), 8.8% tgt share
Need to know: Seems like the calf
of McCaffrey (31 touches) is just fine. Would like to see more
efficiency (3.1 ypc) from him in the running game. Kittle (4 tgts)
left early with a hamstring injury. Jauan Jennings also left early
with a shoulder injury and the team signed Kendrick Bourne on
Monday.
TE Cade Otton: 50 snaps (86.2%), 10.0% tgt share
TE Payne Durham: 15 snaps (25.9%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: Rookie WR Emeka Egbuka
(4-67-2) is the real deal. Just a 53.1 completion % for Mayfield.
As expected, Bucky (18 touches) is the clear lead RB.
TE Chig
Okonkwo: 50 snaps (87.7%), 16.0% tgt share
TE Gunnar Helm: 23 snaps (40.4%), 8.0% tgt share
Need to know: Rough matchup out
of the gate for the Titans against the Broncos-D. Rookie QB Cam
Ward with just 112 yards passing. With Spears out, Pollard in
a workhorse role. Rookie WR Ayomanor (7 tgts) locked in as the
No.2 wideout.
TE Zach Ertz: 45 snaps (64.3%), 17.2% tgt share
TE John Bates: 37 snaps (52.9%), 0.0% tgt share
TE Ben Sinnott: 8 snaps (11.4%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: Bill (10 touches)
is in the Brian Robinson Jr. role but he’s more dynamic.
Weekly RB2 upside. Chris Rodriguez Jr. was inactive. Slow start
for McLaurin (4 tgts) which is understandable given all the camp
time he missed.
