Jordyn Tyson still weeks away from returning Hamstring injury By: Mike Krueger | Mon Oct 5, 9:00 am

| | The Saints are taking a patient, long-term approach with Jordyn Tyson, who is not likely to return until Week 7 at the earliest, according to league sources.
With the bye in Week 8, a potential Week 9 return might be the most logical course of action for the Saints' first-round pick, according to sources. It would give an additional couple of weeks of rest for Tyson, who has had a history of hamstring injuries. (ESPN)
FFToday's Take: The Saints are scheduled to play the Steelers in Paris in Week 7 so it sounds like Week 9 is more likely when we'll see Tyson for the first time this season. When he does get on the field, he's unlikely to jump into a full-time role immediately. Heading into Monday night of Week 4, Devaughn Vele is the WR27 in fantasy points per game (half-PPR).

| Early exit for Chris Olave on Tuesday Walked off the field under his own power By: Doug Orth | Tue Aug 25, 9:00 pm

| | Saints WR Chris Olave left practice early, walking off under own power with trainers after a hard landing on a deep ball. No word yet on whether it’s anything concerning. (Mike Triplett on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: This is probably nothing overly concerning, but Olave's concussion history is significant enough that managers should take note any time he leaves the field. With Jordyn Tyson (hamstring) out for a least a month, the Saints likely finished practice with Devaughn Vele and Bryce Lance as the top two receivers on the first-team offense. As long as Olave is fine, he can continue to be drafted as a low-end WR1.

| Jordyn Tyson a candidate to begin season on IR Expected to miss about two months with hamstring injury By: Doug Orth | Mon Aug 17, 6:30 pm

| | Saints rookie WR Jordyn Tyson, who has been a standout during training camp, is expected to be out roughly two months with his hamstring injury, per me and @MikeGarafolo.
Tyson, who has been consulting with experts, could begin the season on short-term Injured Reserve. (NFL Network - Ian Rapoport)
FFToday's Take: Cue the "injury-prone" tweets and jokes. It is hard to say that a two-month absence now (which would be about one month of the regular season) should affect Tyson's draft stock all that much since he isn't usually being drafted as a starter in most leagues. It will likely keep him from producing for fantasy teams until at least October, however. Chris Olave obviously benefits from a target perspective, while Devaughn Vele and Bryce Lance could be among the receivers who pick up more snaps in Tyson's absence.
