Need to know: Jacoby Brissett (279-2-0,
6-26-0) is much better for the fantasy value of Trey McBride (10-74-2).
Unfortunately, it sounds like Kyler will be back under center
when healthy. Knight (17 touches) worked as the lead back but
Arizona used a three-man committee with Knight, Carter and Johnson.
TE Kyle Pitts: 53 snaps (81.5%), 27.8% tgt share
TE Charlie Woerner: 38 snaps (58.5%), 2.8% tgt share
Need to know: Pitts (7-62-0) and
London (4-42-0) tied for the team lead with 10 targets a piece.
Washington filled in for the injured Ray-Ray McCloud but the third
wideout isn’t fantasy worthy in this offense with Pitts more involved.
Need to know: Bryce Young suffered
a sprained ankle and may miss a couple weeks, which means Andy
Dalton at QB. Panthers used a committee approach at RB with Rico
Dowdle (18 touches) and Chuba Hubbard (16 touches). Both are now
Flex options. Legette (9-92-1) had the best game of his career.
Panthers are using three tight ends and nobody is getting enough
volume to be fantasy worthy.
TE Colston Loveland: 46 snaps (66.7%), 16.0% tgt share
TE Cole Kmet: 28 snaps (40.6%), 4.0% tgt share
Need to know: Monangai (13-81-1,
2-13-0) saw him most extensive work of the season as the Bears
ran the ball 40 times against the Saints. Kmet left early with
a back injury which could lead to more playing time for Loveland
moving forward. Burden remained 4th in snaps among the Bears’
wideouts.
TE Noah Fant: 52 snaps (68.4%), 8.9% tgt share
TE Drew Sample: 39 snaps (51.3%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: A wild game Thursday
night featured 23 targets and a 16-161-1 line for Ja’Marr
Chase! Chase Brown (11-108-0, 2 -8-0) only had 13 touches but
did manage to crack 100 yards rushing for the first time this
season. He’s lost his workhorse role over the last two weeks
as Perine (7-31-0) has been playing more snaps. Noah Fant (4-44-1)
is a TE2 streamer with Mike Gesicki on IR.
Need to know: Huge game for Judkins
(25-84-3) come with zero targets. Fannin (4-36-0) led the team
with 5 targets as the Browns ran the ball on 58% of their snaps.
None of the wideouts are worthy of your starting lineup.
Need to know: The Dallas offense
keeps humming along as they got Lamb (5-110-1) back this week.
No real limitations for him as he could’ve played more had this
game not gotten out of hand. Ferguson (7-29-2) has 6 TDs in his
last four games.
TE Evan Engram: 45 snaps (55.6%), 16.3% tgt share
TE Nate Adkins: 26 snaps (32.1%), 6.1% tgt share
Need to know: A bizarre game for
the Denver offense as they had zero points heading into the 4th
quarter but finished with 33. Nix (279-2-0, 5-48-2) had two rushing
TDs. Sutton (6-87-0) and Franklin (3-19-1) had 10 targets a piece.
Need to know: Jacobs (13-55-2,
1-3-0) was a gametime decision but ultimately played his typical
role. Kraft (5-58-1) led the team with 10 targets. We’re still
waiting for a Golden (4-37-0) ceiling game.
TE Tyler Warren: 55 snaps (91.7%), 15.6% tgt share
TE Andrew Ogletree: 18 snaps (30.0%), 0.0% tgt share
TE Mo Alie-Cox: 18 snaps (30.0%), 6.2% tgt share
Need to know: Taylor (16-94-3,
3-38-0) now has three games this season where he’s scored 3 TDs.
Pierce led the Colts in targets (10) while Tyler Warren (4-69-1)
has scored in four-straight games. Gould played ahead of Mitchell
with Josh Downs (concussion) out.
TE Hunter Long: 46 snaps (59.7%), 6.4% tgt share
TE Johnny Mundt: 29 snaps (37.7%), 8.5% tgt share
Need to know: Noted by the announcers,
the Jags had a gameplan to get Travis Hunter 8-10 targets in this
game. He led the team with 14 targets and played just 14 snaps
on defense. BTJ (3-31-0) did injure his shoulder late in the game.
Just 15 total running back touches in this game as the Jaguars
were playing from behind all morning.
TE Travis Kelce: 50 snaps (61.7%), 8.8% tgt share
TE Noah Gray: 48 snaps (59.3%), 2.9% tgt share
Need to know: Patrick Mahomes (286-3-0,
4-28-0) played on five drives before being removed late in the
third quarter as the Chiefs were up 31-0 on the Raiders. First
game for Rashee Rice (7-42-2) was successful. He led the team
with 10 targets. Thornton (1-39-0) got a couple deep targets in
this game which low key hurts the upside of Brown and Worthy.
Rookie Brashard Smith (14-39-0, 5-42-0) got 19 touches, most coming
with the backups in the 4th quarter.
Need to know: Huge game for Justin
Herbert (420-3-2, 6-31-0) who continue to lose offensive linemen.
If you’re in a league where Gadsden (7-164-1) is on the waiver
wire, he won’t be there long. McConkey (9-67-0) led the team with
15 targets. Not much happening in the running game for the Chargers
this week as they were playing from behind all game. Vidal was
the clear lead back.
Need to know: Puka Nacua was Inactive.
Rams used a lot of multi-TE sets as a result. 5 TD passes for
Matthew Stafford (182-5-0, 2-1-0). Corum (13 touches) got a little
extra work as the Rams ran away from the Jaguars 35-7. Adams (5-35-3)
led the team with 8 targets.
Need to know: Jakobi Meyers was
Inactive. The Raiders ran a grand total of 35 plays, scored zero
points and had 95 yards of total offense! Tre Tucker accumulated
the most yards (33) on the team. Moving on…
TE Julian Hill: 35 snaps (60.3%), 6.7% tgt share
TE Tanner Conner: 18 snaps (31.0%), 10.0% tgt share
TE Darren Waller: 16 snaps (27.6%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: It feels like Mike
McDaniel is the next coach to be fired. The Dolphins scored 6
points against the Browns as Tua (100-0-3, 3-6-0) looked awful.
He was benched for Quinn Ewers (53-0-0, 1-0-0). Malik Washington
led the team with 8 targets. Darren Waller (0 targets) suffered
a pec injury and will have an MRI.
TE T.J. Hockenson: 57 snaps (82.6%), 22.5% tgt share
TE Josh Oliver: 32 snaps (46.4%), 2.5% tgt share
Need to know: This was Addison’s
best game so far this season with a 9-128-0 line. Mason (15-57-1)
continues to be a zero in the passing game. Will we see Aaron
Jones (hamstring) return in Week 8? Hockenson (6-43-0) hasn’t
cracked 50 receiving yards all season. He did just miss a TD this
week.
TE Hunter Henry: 44 snaps (67.7%), 20.8% tgt share
TE Austin Hooper: 33 snaps (50.8%), 8.3% tgt share
Need to know: Henderson (2 touches)
is turning into one of the biggest pre-draft busts of 2025. He’s
now losing work to Terrell Jennings. QB Drake Maye (222-2-0, 8-62-0)
is the only consistent fantasy performer in this offense. Diggs
led the team with 7 targets.
TE Juwan Johnson: 40 snaps (71.4%), 22.6% tgt share
TE Jack Stoll: 12 snaps (21.4%), 3.2% tgt share
TE Taysom Hill: 9 snaps (16.1%), 11.8% rush share, 6.5% tgt share
Need to know: Kendre Miller is
out for the season with an ACL injury. Rookie Devin Neal is the
next man up. The Saints RBs have done next to nothing this season
-- Kamara is the RB34. Olave’s weekly big target shares finally
paid off in the box score with a 5-98-2 line. Taysom had just
4 touches.
Need to know: It wasn’t pretty
but an impressive statistical game from Dart (283-3-1, 5-11-1)
facing one of the better defensive teams in the league (DEN).
Humphrey (2 tgts) is filling the Darius Slayton role who was Inactive.
19 touches for Skattebo (19-60-0, 3-34-1). Wan’Dale led the team
with 12 targets.
Need to know: It’s ugly for HC
Aaron Glenn, QB Justin Fields and the Jets these days. Fields
was injured and benched in this game. Josh Reynolds (3-29-0) led
the team with 9 targets. RB Isaiah Davis played a healthy number
of snaps but had just 4 touches. A trade of Breece would likely
increase his fantasy value.
Need to know: AJ Dillon was Inactive
which allowed Tank Bigsby to get some scraps. The running game
for the Eagles continues to struggle. Barkley (18-44-0, 1 -2 -0)
doesn’t have a 100-yard rushing game yet this season. DeVonta
Smith (9-183-1) led the team with 11 targets. Smith and Brown
(4-121-2) were the only two Eagles wideouts to get targets.
Need to know: This was Aaron Rodgers
(249-4-2, 1-6-0) second 4-TD game of the season. The other came
back in Week 1. Warren out-touched Gainwell 20 to 5. All three
of the Steelers tight ends scored a TD! Jonnu (3-28-1) and Freiermuth
(5-111-2) tied for the team lead in targets with 6 apiece. Calvin
Austin was Inactive which led to Roman Wilson playing the second
most snaps at wideout. The only receiver fantasy worthy in this
offense is Metcalf (3-50-0).
TE George Kittle: 54 snaps (80.6%), 8.3% tgt share
TE Luke Farrell: 22 snaps (32.8%), 4.2% tgt share
Need to know: Brock Purdy was Inactive.
Any coincidence the 49ers running game became more efficient the
moment Kittle stepped on the field? McCaffrey (24-129-2, 7-72-0)
had his best fantasy fame of the season. He’s averaging 26.4 touches
per game.
Need to know: New coach, same problems
for the Titans. With Calvin Ridley out, Ayomanor (2-29-0) and
Van Jefferson (4-41-0) led the wideouts in snaps. No WR had more
than 4 targets. Work was split relatively evenly between Pollard
(12) and Spears (8 touches).
TE Zach Ertz: 45 snaps (67.2%), 22.6% tgt share
TE John Bates: 29 snaps (43.3%), 6.5% tgt share
TE Colson Yankoff: 4 snaps (6.0%), 0.0% tgt share
Need to know: Jayden Daniels left
in the third quarter with a hamstring injury. Mariota came in
and promptly threw a pick-6. Moore (5 tgts), Lane (6 tgts) and
McCaffrey (2 tgts) were the top three wideouts with McLaurin,
Deebo and Noah Brown out. A rough game for Bill who had just 32
total yards against the weak Dallas-D.
