Injury 49ers rule out JaMycal Hasty, Elijah Mitchell Questionable
Finger injury for Mitchell
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 26 2021, 5:00 pm

San Francisco
#49ers injury report for Week 12 vs. Vikings: OUT-RB JaMycal Hasty (ankle) Doubtful-DL Maurice Hurst (calf) Questionable-RB Elijah Mitchell (rib, finger) (Matt Maiocco on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Mitchell was able to practice on Friday which is key for him being active on Sunday. Head coach Kyle Shanahan did say that the team "will be able to protect Mitchell's broken finger". He'll likely be a gametime decision but it sounds like he's trending towards playing. Jeff Wilson will fill the lead back role if Mitchell sits.
Injury Titans rules out A.J. Brown, Jeremy McNichols
Both will miss Week 12
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 26 2021, 3:07 pm

Tennessee Titans
Players ruled OUT for @Titans on Sunday vs @Patriots: WR A.J. Brown LB David Long LB Rashaan Evans OL Nate Davis RB Jeremy McNichols DL Teair Tart (Jim Wyatt on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The Titans are void of skill position players heading into their Week 12 matchup against the Patriots. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Dez Fitzpatrick and Chester Rogers will be the top three wideouts for Ryan Tannehill. Start the Patriots-D.
Injury Kadarius Toney, Sterling Shepard miss practice Friday
Quad injury for both
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 26 2021, 12:51 pm

New York Giants
WRs Kadarius Toney (quad) and Sterling Shepard (quad) not out during open portion of practice. Wouldn’t expect them to play Sunday vs Eagles. (Jordan Raanan on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Shepard last played in Week 8 missing time with a quad injury. With Toney missing practice all week with the same injury it's looking like Kenny Golladay and Darius Slayton as the top receivers for Daniel Jones against the Eagles. Given the poor offense, it's hard to trust Golladay as anything more than a Flex option.
Injury Darren Waller to have MRI on knee injury
Injured during Week 12
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 26 2021, 7:15 am

Oakland Raiders
From @GMFB: The #Cowboys may alter Ezekiel Elliott's touches as he deals with a bone bruise in his knee, while #Raiders TE Darren Waller will have tests today on a knee injury suffered last night. He was not in a lot of pain late, so maybe good news there. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Waller left yesterday's game against the Cowboys in the 2nd quarter with a knee injury and never returned. This seems like a short-term knee sprain but could cost him a week or two. We'll know more in the next day or two after the MRI.
Injury Mark Ingram not expected to play
Knee injury
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 25 2021, 12:54 pm

New Orleans
Saints do not expect to have Mark Ingram later vs the Bills @NFLonFOX (Jay Glazer on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The Saints will be down their top two running backs with Alvin Kamara also missing Thursday night's game against the Bills. Expect Tony Jones, Ty Montgomery and Dwayne Washington to get the running back. Jones can be used as a Flex option if you're desperate.
Injury CeeDee Lamb out for Week 12 with concussion
Couldn't clear protocol in time
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 25 2021, 11:20 am

Dallas Cowboys
#Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb (concussion) is out today against the #Raiders, sources tell me and @SlaterNFL. Amari Cooper also out with COVID, leaving Dak Prescott without his top two receivers. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: On the short week, it was going to be tough for Lamb to clear the concussion protocol. In the end, he will miss Week 12 which leaves Dallas thin at receiver. Expect Michael Gallup, Cedrick Wilson and Noah Brown to be the top wideouts. TE Dalton Schultz should be a primary option for Dak against the Raiders.
Injury Lions expected to start Jared Goff against the Bears
Oblique injury for Goff
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 24 2021, 8:16 pm

Detroit Lions
The #Lions are planning to start QB Jared Goff (oblique) tomorrow vs the #Bears, sources say, barring any setback overnight. Coach Dan Campbell said this was likely, and it is expected to be the case. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Tim Boyle did not show well last week against the Browns going 15-23 for 77 yards and 2 INTs. Goff is dealing with an oblique injury, has a subpar receiving corps and has thrown 8 TDs in nine games this season. He should not be in your lineup.
Injury Alvin Kamara ruled out for Week 12
Mark Ingram limited in practice Wednesday
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 24 2021, 3:30 pm

New Orleans
Alvin Kamara has been ruled out for the Bills game. No Alvin Kamara at practice today. Mark Ingram was present but left before the end of the media-viewing period. No Davenport or Ramczyk. (Nick Underhill on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Ingram (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday. He will get the bulk of work this week against the Bills if he's able to play. If not, Tony Jones could be in for a significant workload.
Injury Zach Wilson to start for Jets in Week 12
Joe Flacco, Mike White placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 23 2021, 4:36 pm

New York Jets
Source: QB Zach Wilson will start Sunday against the Texans, as @Connor_J_Hughes said. So the rookie is back after missing 4 games with a knee injury. QBs Joe Flacco and Mike White have been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list2, leaving Wilson and Josh Johnson. (Rich Cimini on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The Jets have done a better job on offense with Wilson (4 TDs, 9 INTs) out and Mike White, Joe Flacco at quarterback. That being said, Wilson gets a decent matchup for his first game back. The Texans have given up the 7th most fantasy points to quarterbacks.
Injury CeeDee Lamb in limbo for Week 12
Suffered concussion in Week 11 loss to KC
By: Doug Orth | Nov 22 2021, 11:30 pm

Dallas Cowboys
CeeDee Lamb left Week 11 in the second quarter with a concussion and did not return, leaving him unlikely to clear the league protocol in time to play on Thanksgiving Day against the Las Vegas Raiders. (NFL Network - Ian Rapoport)

FFToday's Take: Dallas already knows it will be without Amari Cooper after his positive COVID test last week. Lamb did participate in team meetings on Monday, so there is at least some hope he can be cleared in time, although it is rare that a player can clear the league's concussion protocol four days after landing on it. As it stands now, Michael Gallup, Cedrick Wilson and Dalton Schultz figure to be the team's top available pass-catchers against Las Vegas.
Injury Michael Carter expected to miss 2-3 weeks
High-Ankle sprain
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 22 2021, 3:16 pm

New York Jets
Jets’ rookie RB Michael Carter suffered a low-grade high ankle sprain that is expected to sideline him 2-3 weeks, per sources. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Carter had been playing well in the Jets offense, especially in the passing game making him a solid RB2 in PPR leagues since Week 5. Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson should handle the bulk of running back duties moving forward. The Jets have @HOU, PHI, NO and @MIA the next four weeks.
Injury Browns hopeful to have Kareem Hunt in Week 12
Should practice this week
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 22 2021, 12:33 pm

Cleveland Browns
#Browns coach Kevin Stefanski says he should be able to get Kareem Hunt and Jack Conklin back in practice this week. He said he’s hopeful they can face the #Ravens (Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: D'Ernest Johnson has filled in nicely while Hunt has been sidelined with a calf injury. Hunt hasn't played since Week 6 and his return would push Johnson back to a bench stash. Nick Chubb saw 22 of 30 running back carries for the Browns in Week 11.
Injury Gronk expected to play, barring any setbacks
Listed as Questionable
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 22 2021, 12:26 pm

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Bucs’ TE Rob Gronkowski, listed as questionable for tonight due to his back, will play as long as there are no pre-game setbacks, per source. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Gronk practiced on Thursday and Friday, then missed on Saturday but should be out on the field tonight against the Giants who are middle of the pack (17th) against fantasy tight ends.
Injury Lamar Jackson Inactive with illness
Tyler Huntley to start
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 21 2021, 11:27 am

Baltimore Ravens
Source: #Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, questionable with an illness, is out vs. the #Bears. Tyler Huntley slated to get the start. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: With and Lamar and Marquise Brown, the entire Ravens offense is losing steam. Huntley is 5-11 for 39 yards on the season. He's in the low-end QB2 territory with Rashod Bateman, Sammy Watkins and Mark Andrews as his top pass catchers.
Injury James Robinson expected to play
Knee and heel injuries
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 21 2021, 7:00 am

Jacksonville Jaguars
Jaguars’ RB James Robinson, listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against San Francisco due to knee and heel injuries, is expected to play, per source. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Robinson was limited in practice this week but appears will be active against San Francisco. Robinson has topped 100 rushing yards just once this season but does have six rushing TDs. He'll be a mid-range RB2 in Week 11.
Injury Ravens downgrade Marquise Brown to Out
Thigh injury
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 20 2021, 4:18 pm

Baltimore Ravens
Ravens downgraded WR Marquise Brown to out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Brown was limited in practice on Friday this week so this isn't a complete shock but it is a downgrade for Lamar Jackson (illness) and the passing offense. Rashad Bateman and Sammy Watkins should do the heavy lifting at receiver in Week 11 against the Bears. Bateman checks in as a low-end WR2.
Injury Chiefs activate Clyde Edwards-Helaire, expected to start
Knee injury
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 20 2021, 3:17 pm

Kansas City Chiefs
#Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire will be activated off IR as @JamesPalmerTV reported. A source tells me he will be prepared to start tomorrow’s game against the #Cowboys at Arrowhead Stadium. Darrel Williams will also have a role. (Ed Werder on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: And with that, the ceiling for Williams comes crashing down. CEH may be limited in his first game back since Week 5. Both can be considered flex plays in Week 11 against the Cowboys.
Injury Ben Roethlisberger expected to play Sunday night
Passed NFL’s required COVID-19 protocols
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 20 2021, 9:45 am

Pittburgh Steelers
#Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger will be activated to the team’s 53-man roster after passing the NFL’s required COVID-19 protocols. He will fly separate this afternoon from the team’s charter plane to Los Angeles with the expectation of starting Sunday night vs the #Chargers. (Burt Lauten on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Mason Rudolph will head back to the bench after going 30-50 for 242-1-1 with 36 rushing yards against the Lions. Roethlisberger is a middling fantasy QB2 that lacks any upside. He'll fill that role once again on Sunday night against the Chargers.
Injury Chris Carson will undergo neck surgery, out for the year
Hopes to return to Seattle in 2022
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 19 2021, 5:15 pm

Seattle Seahawks
Running back Chris Carson, the Seahawks’ top rusher each of the past three seasons, will undergo neck surgery and miss the rest of the season, coach Pete Carroll said Friday. The decision for surgery now was made with the hope it will enable Carson, who was expected to lead the rushing attack this year but has played just four games, to return in 2022, Carroll said. (Seattle Times)

FFToday's Take: the Seahawks will press forward with Alex Collins, Rashaad Penny, Travis Homer and DeeJay Dallas. Collins has been dealing with a groin injury the last few weeks and none of other backs have made a significant impact making it difficult to trust any of them in your lineup.
Injury RB Elijah Mitchell listed as Doubtful
Finger injury
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 19 2021, 3:26 pm

San Francisco
#49ers injury report vs. Jaguars OUT: RB JaMycal Hasty (ankle), DL Maurice Hurst (calf) Doubtful: RB Elijah Mitchell (rib, finger) *S Jaquiski Tartt, LB Dre Greenlaw likely could be activated off IR (Matt Maiocco on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: With Hasty ruled out, the 49ers will likely start Jeff Wilson and have Trey Sermon active as the backup. FB Kyle Juszczyk should also see an increased role in the passing game. Wilson becomes a solid RB2 option this week against the Jaguars who are middle of the pack (20th) against the run.
Injury Allen Robinson listed as Doubtful
Hamstring injury
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 19 2021, 2:43 pm

Chicgao Bears
Akiem Hicks (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Ravens. Allen Robinson is doubtful due to a hamstring. Khalil Mack is now off the Injury Report as he heads to IR. @WGNNews (Larry Hawley on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Allen Robinson has been one of fantasy football's biggest busts this season. He has yet to top 100 receiving yards in a game and has only scored 1 touchdown. Darnell Mooney and TE Cole Kmet are the only pass catching considerations for the Bears this week against the Raven.s
Injury DeAndre Hopkins Out, Kyler Murray a gametime decision
Hopkins expected to play in Week 13
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 19 2021, 1:01 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Kingsbury: - Kyler Murray a game-day decision. Has to be able to protect himself from re-injury. - Colt McCoy is “getting there” to be available. - DeAndre Hopkins is out. Expects him to play after the bye vs. Chicago. - Justin Pugh is out. Max Garcia has a chance to play. (Darren Urban on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Arizona has a bye in Week 12. That may factor into the decision on whether or not to start Murray against the Seahawks this week. Hopkins last played in Week 8. In his absence the Cardinals will roll with Christian Kirk, A.J. Green and Rondale Moore at receiver. They are only Flex considerations if we get another start from Colt McCoy.
Injury Derrick Henry to return in early January?
Suffered foot injury in Week 8
By: Doug Orth | Nov 18 2021, 11:50 pm

Tennessee Titans
Per ESPN's Dianna Russini via a source: "There is optimism that (Derrick Henry) will be back early January. That is perfect timing for this team for playoffs to begin." (ESPN - Dianna Russini)

FFToday's Take: Henry was given an 8-10 week timeline shortly after undergoing foot surgery, which could allow him to return during the fantasy playoffs if he meets the most optimistic projection. Until then, Adrian Peterson and D'Onta Foreman will continue to split the early-down work for Tennessee. Foreman has looked better to this point, but it is important to remember he was in camp with Atlanta this summer and occasionally worked out for teams before landing in Tennessee. Peterson is basically getting his first reps since last season.
Injury Nick Chubb appears likely to return Week 11
Missed Week 10 following positive COVID test
By: Doug Orth | Nov 18 2021, 11:30 pm

Cleveland Browns
Browns OC Alex Van Pelt said things are trending in right direction for guys still on COVID-19 list. RB Nick Chubb, RB/WR Demetric Felton and C Nick Harris are on the list. (Beacon Journal - Nate Ulrich)

FFToday's Take: To be clear, "trending in the right direction" is not the same as coming off the COVID list. Nonetheless, it would be a small upset if Chubb isn't cleared on Friday after testing positive over a week ago. Once he is activated from the COVID list, there's a good chance he will return to his usual workload - assuming his conditioning wasn't compromised by the virus. If he is his usual self, he has a chance to finish as the overall RB1 this week against the Lions.
Injury Alvin Kamara downgraded Thursday
Reportedly dealing with MCL sprain
By: Doug Orth | Nov 18 2021, 11:15 pm

New Orleans
Alvin Kamara was not at practice for the Saints today after being limited on Wednesday. This is obviously not a good development as the running back works his way back from an MCL sprain. (Nick Underhill on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Kamara was limited Wednesday, so it's hard to see this as a positive. Assuming Nick Underhill is correct and the 26-year-old is dealing with an MCL sprain, Kamara should be expected to miss at least one more game after sitting out Week 10. Mark Ingram played well while carrying the load in his absence last week and could be in the low-end RB1 discussion again in Week 11 in a much better matchup against the Eagles if Kamara is ruled out again.
Injury Aaron Rodgers misses practice Thursday
Said he will definitely play on Sunday
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 18 2021, 1:52 pm

Green Bay Packers
Packers QB Aaron Rodgers did not practice for second straight day. He was out with the toe injury. Rodgers has said he will “definitely” play Sunday. Worth noting Rodgers has not practiced since Nov. 1 because of COVID-19 and now the toe. (Ryan Wood on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Rodgers can miss practice all week and play on Sunday. At this point, it doesn't seem like he's going to sit out this game against the Vikings, but we'll follow his practice status on Friday to make sure. WR Allen Lazard (shoulder) also missed practice today.
Injury Lamar Jackson, Marquise Brown miss practice Thursday
Rashod Bateman misses too
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 18 2021, 1:46 pm

Baltimore Ravens
Ravens who returned to practice: DB Jimmy Smith (hip), CB Tavon Young (foot), C Bradley Bozeman (illness) Not practicing: QB Lamar Jackson (illness), WR Marquise Brown (thigh), WR Rashod Bateman, LT Alejandro Villaneuva, NT Brandon Williams (shoulder), OLB Pernell McPhee (Jeff Zrebiec on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: It sounds like there are some concerns about Hollywood Brown's status for this week while Lamar is likely to play. Brown's availability on Friday will be key. If he sits this week, Rashod Bateman will move into WR2 territory if he plays.
Injury Cordarrelle Patterson will be a gametime decision
Limited in practice Tuesday
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 17 2021, 10:41 am

Atlanta Falcons
Falcons HC Arthur Smith said RB Cordarrelle Patterson will be a game-time decision tomorrow night against New England. He's practiced all week. (Michael Rothstein on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Patterson injured his ankle in Week 10, missing the second half of the Dallas gmae. He will now be a gametime call on a short turnaround. He was limited in practice Tuesday. Mike Davis and Wayne Gallman would handle the rushing duties if Patterson were to sit but neither would be a recommended fantasy option against the Patriots.
Injury Joe Flacco to start for the Jets in Week 11
Zach Wilson not 100%
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 17 2021, 10:09 am

New York Jets
The #Jets will start Joe Flacco this week vs. the #Dolphins, source confirms as @RichCimini said. With Zach Wilson not 100% the belief is Flacco’s experience gives NYJ the best chance to win vs Miami’s complex D. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Mike White got crushed by the Buffalo defense in Week 10 on his way to 24-44, 251-0-4 line. Flacco got in some mop-up duty last week when White was injured. Flacco won't be much of a fantasy option even in 2QB or Superflex leagues.
Injury Saquon Barkley expected to return vs. Bucs
Ankle injury has sidelined him since Week 5
By: Doug Orth | Nov 15 2021, 8:00 pm

New York Giants
Saquon Barkley looks good. Trending well toward #Bucs return. (NY Daily News - Pat Leonard)

FFToday's Take: Fantasy managers can't help but be thrilled about getting Barkley back, but Tampa Bay is about the worst matchup he could ask for in his first action in over a month. He still needs to be started in fantasy because he can overcome a rough rushing day with his contributions in the passing game, but he should be viewed as more of an RB2 if he plays.
Injury Kyler Murray not a sure thing for Week 11?
Missed two games with ankle injury
By: Doug Orth | Nov 15 2021, 7:55 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Kingsbury on Kyler Murray avail this week, "it's going to be close." (Mark McClune on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Arizona could be eyeing its Week 12 bye to give Murray a full month to recover, but the Cardinals also lost some of their breathing room in their division and conference with their surprising dud against the Panthers. Given Colt McCoy's performance in that game, a Week 11 win against Seattle cannot be assumed. Expect Arizona to do everything it can to have Murray ready for the Seahawks.
Injury Cordarrelle Patterson in doubt for Week 11
Ankle injury could sideline him multiple games
By: Doug Orth | Nov 15 2021, 7:50 pm

Atlanta Falcons
Falcons RB Cordarrelle Patterson is still having his sprained ankle evaluated, but it doesn’t sound optimistic for Thursday night against the #Patriots, per source. Could be a couple weeks for one of this season’s most electric players. (NFL Network - Tom Pelissero)

FFToday's Take: There has been some chatter about Patterson dealing with a high-ankle sprain, but it sounds as if fantasy managers should expect to be without him until Week 13 at the very least. Mike Davis could move into more of a featured role, although it might be a better idea if Atlanta sees what Wayne Gallman could do with more touches since Davis has largely disappointed in 2021.
Injury Clyde Edwards-Helaire has a good chance to play in Week 11
Knee injury
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 15 2021, 11:10 am

Kansas City Chiefs
Andy Reid said today Clyde Edwards-Helaire had a good chance of playing on Sunday against the Cowboys. (Adam Teicher on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: CEH (knee) was injured in Week 5 and hasn't played since. In his absence, Darrel Williams has assumed the starting job and will likely continue to be involved once CEH returns. Williams is coming off his best fantasy performance to date that included 9 catches for 101 yards and a touchdown.
Injury Mild MCL sprain for Aaron Jones
Expected to be out 1-2 weeks
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 15 2021, 9:24 am

Green Bay Packers
MRI revealed that Packers’ RB Aaron Jones has “a mild” MCL sprain and he is expected to be out 1-2 weeks, per source. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: In Jones' absence AJ Dillon saw 21 carries against the Seahawks in Week 11. Patrick Taylor saw limited work (2 carries, 7 yards). Dillon is expected to get the bulk of running back work this week against the Vikings. The Packers have a bye in Week 13.
Injury Chris Godwin expected to play
Foot injury
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 14 2021, 4:00 am

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
#Bucs WR Chris Godwin (foot), who came into today listed as questionable, is expected to play today, source said. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Godwin didn't practice much this week and was labeled a gametime decision by head coach Bruce Arians. Tyler Johnson and Breshad Perriman will also be active giving Tom Brady plenty of weapons to use against the Football Team defense that's given up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Godwin's foot injury makes him a risky WR2.
Injury Murray, Hopkins trending in wrong direction
Gametime decisions
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 13 2021, 11:00 pm

Arizona Cardinals
Three Cardinals - Kyler Murray, DeAndre Hopkins, Rondale Moore - are questionable for Sunday. Moore is the most likely to play, Hopkins the least, and it doesn’t sound promising for Murray, per sources. Cards will make final decisions in pregame, but sounds like QB-WR inactive. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The Cardinals play Carolina in the late-afternoon window so fantasy owners should plan to be without Murray (ankle) and Hopkins (hamstring) in Week 10. It's looking like Colt McCoy will get another start. Arizona has a bye in Week 12.
Injury Ben Roethlisberger placed on Covid-19 list, Out Week 10
Mason Rudolph will start
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 13 2021, 8:00 pm

Pittburgh Steelers
Ben Roethlisberger is being placed on the Reserve-COVID list and is out Sunday vs. Lions. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: The NFL Covid protocols strike again. Mason Rudolph will step in for Big-Ben against the Lions. He played in Week 17 last year going 22-39, 315-2-1 against the Browns. You can argue that Rudolph isn't much of a downgrade from Roethlisberger thought Diontae Johnson and TE Pat Freiermuth probably carry a little more risk in Week 10.
Injury Robert Woods tears ACL in practice Friday
Out for the year
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 13 2021, 12:45 pm

Los Angeles Rams
On the same day that the team signed WR Odell Beckham Jr., Rams’ WR Robert Woods tore his ACL at practice Friday, sources tell @diannaESPN and me. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Wow. With Woods out the Rams will quickly shift OBJ into the starting lineup. Cooper Kupp and Van Jefferson should be featured Monday night against the 49ers. OBJ moves up to a WR2 for the remainder of the season.
Injury Chris Carson Out for Week 10
Missed practice on Friday
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 12 2021, 5:19 pm

Seattle Seahawks
Pete Carroll said Chris Carson (neck) won’t play Sunday. He didn’t practice today. “We just need to make sure we’re doing the right thing.” Said they’re taking care of him this week and they’ll see about next week. (Brady Henderson on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Carroll in knows for his optimistic tone on players but typically they end up on the Inactive list come game day. That's why Carson was never included in our projections this week. Alex Collins, Rashaad Penny, Travis Homer and DeeJay Dallas will hold down the fort at running back in Week 10.
Injury Alvin Kamara ruled Out for Week 10
Mark Ingram will start
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 12 2021, 4:06 pm

New Orleans
Alvin Kamara is out for Sunday. (Nick Underhill on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Kamara wasn't able to practice all week with his knee injury. That will leave Mark Ingram to get the bulk of running back work for the Saints against the Titans. With Trevor Siemian starting at quarterback and a little Taysom Hill mixed in, we're not expecting much from the Saints offense. Ingram is a solid RB2 based on volume.
