COMMENTS
Christian McCaffrey, SF: The best dual-threat RB in the game. Ideal offensive environment in SF.

Austin Ekeler, LAC: PPR monster that's scored 38 TDs the last two seasons.

Tony Pollard, DAL: Pollard in for monster role.

Derrick Henry, TEN: His 349 carries led all RBs last season.

Nick Chubb, CLE: Still churning out 5-ypc. Topped 300 carries for the first time last season.

Saquon Barkley, NYG: Coming off his best season since rookie year.

Bijan Robinson, ATL: Should dominate RB touches in his rookie season.

Josh Jacobs, LV: Blew up last season and the focal point of the offense.

Aaron Jones, GB: GB likely to be run-heavy with new QB. Jones still highly productive.

Najee Harris, PIT: Gets the volume (313 touches last season) but lack of efficiency hurts his upside.

Rhamondre Stevenson, NE: Zeke signing removes some upside but still a solid 2nd RB on your fantasy team.

Kenneth Walker, SEA: Groin injury to start camp. Clear path for Walker to again dominate RB touches in Seattle.

Travis Etienne, JAC: Averaged over 5 ypc last season with 220 attempts. Will the Jags lighten his workload?

Alexander Mattison, MIN: Cook's release gives significant boost to Mattison.

Breece Hall, NYJ: Coming off mid-October ACL injury. Highly efficient in 2022. May be eased into the season.

Joe Mixon, CIN: Bengals seem to be indifferent but Mixon still the best RB on the team.

Jahmyr Gibbs, DET: Won't reach ceiling with Montgomery in town. Still, Swift excelled in this role.

Alvin Kamara, NO: Three-game suspension. Does Kendre Miller cut into workload?

James Conner, ARI: Shaping up to be workhorse with a solid goaline role.

Rachaad White, TB: Volume should be there but offense projects poorly.

Dameon Pierce, HOU: Earned 250 touches as a rookie.

J.K. Dobbins, BAL: Two-years removed from knee injury. Ravens didn't significantly add to RB room.

Miles Sanders, CAR: 0 TDs in 2021, 11 TDs in 2022.Coming off best season as a pro but team downgrade.

Cam Akers, LAR: Took over lead RB role last season. Expected to start Week 1.

D'Andre Swift, PHI: Crowded backfield but Swift should continue his high-efficiency ways in PHI.

James Cook, BUF: In the lead-back role this season. May lose goaline work to Allen and Harris.

Jonathan Taylor, IND: Will miss a minimum of 4 weeks on PUP list. Wants out of IND. Ugly situation.

Isiah Pacheco, KC: Cleared for contact on 8/20. Does have receiving ability if Reid wants to use it.

Samaje Perine, DEN: Upside is there if Javonte recovers slowly from ACL.

AJ Dillon, GB: Only 1 TD in first eleven games last season. Should get 200-plus touches.

Antonio Gibson, WAS: Best receiving back in WAS. Will split work with Robinson.

Javonte Williams, DEN: Coming off early-October ACL injury. Avoided PUP list.

David Montgomery, DET: Should see most of his work on early-downs.

Raheem Mostert, MIA: Injury to Wilson opens the door for big early-season role. 31 years old.

Rashaad Penny, PHI: Has shown to be an above average runner but can't shake injury bug.

Khalil Herbert, CHI: Three viable runners in CHI but Herbert leads the group.

Brian Robinson Jr., WAS: Early-down pounder but does Bieniemy prefer Gibson?

Dalvin Cook, NYJ: Lands with the Jets. Has early-season value but will lose work to Breece as the season goes on.

Jerick McKinnon, KC: Receiving back ran hot on TDs last season (10). Viable in PPR leagues.

Jamaal Williams, NO: Coming off TD outlier season in Detroit. Should do the heavy lifting during Kamara's suspension.

Elijah Mitchell, SF: Valuable role behind CMC.

Damien Harris, BUF: Solid No.2 RB. Could be a factor around the goaline.

Zach Charbonnet, SEA: Shoulder injury to start camp. Could handle 10 touches per game as a rookie.

Devon Achane, MIA: Rookie enters crowded backfield but probably the best pass-catcher of the bunch.

Devin Singletary, HOU: Will backup Pierce. Doesn't project well due to subpar offense.

Jaylen Warren, PIT: Currently holding down the No.2 role behind Najee.

D'Onta Foreman, CHI: Seems like he's taking a back seat to Herbert.

Gus Edwards, BAL: Two-years removed from knee injury. Ravens didn't significantly add to RB room.

Chuba Hubbard, CAR: RB2 in Carolina but lacks juice.

Ezekiel Elliott, NE: Will be behind Rhamondre but could steal some goaline touches.

Joshua Kelley, LAC: Currently holding down the No.2 behind Ekeler.

Tyjae Spears, TEN: The clear RB2 behind Henry.

Jerome Ford, CLE: Could step into backup role with Hunt gone.

Kenneth Gainwell, PHI: Three-headed RBBC limits value but a great late-round bench stash.

Kendre Miller, NO: Intriguing rookie but behind Williams and Kamara on the depth chart.

Jeff Wilson, MIA: Will miss 4 games to start the season.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, KC: Fallen to third on the depth chart. Worth a late-round flier if something happens to Pacheco.

Deuce Vaughn, DAL: 5-5, 179 lb rookie isn't a threat to Pollard.

Michael Carter, NYJ: Value is shot with Dalvin Cook in town.
