FFToday's Take: Collins was officially listed as limited in Wednesday's practice. This ailment isn't new for Nico. He missed five weeks back in 2024 due to a hamstring injury. If he misses, expect Houston to boost the playing time of Kayshon Boutte, Xavier Hutchinson and Jaylin Noel. If you have Nico, expect to be without him for Week 2.

FFToday's Take: Dell miss at least the first four games of the season as he recovers from a knee injury suffered in late December of 2024. Kayshon Boutte has been added to the wide receiver room that also consists of Nico Collins, Xavier Hutchinson and Jaylin Noel. Dell is not somebody that needs to be drafted in fantasy leagues.

FFToday's Take: The Texans needed some wide receiver help after losing Jayden Higgins to a torn ACL earlier in camp. Boutte is a logical fit who had a similar role in the Patriots offense. Once he gets up to speed, he should operate on the outside opposite Nico Collins with Jaylin Noel (injury) working the slot. Xavier Hutchinson will be mixed enough to frustrate fantasy owners. Nico is the only Texans wide receiver I'll be targeting in most redraft leagues.

FFToday's Take: The pre-season injuries are starting pile up. This is a tough one for the Texans as Higgins was expected to start alongside Nico Collins. Before you start rocketing Tank Dell up your draft board, he began doing team drills on August 10th and sat out the Texans first preseason game. Xavier Hutchinson will probably see his role increase while Dell and Jaylin Noel (hamstring) work their way back from injury.
