Giants add RB Najee Harris to the mix
11 months removed from Achilles tear

New York Giants
The #Giants are signing free agent RB Najee Harris to a 1-year deal, per me and @MikeGarafolo, as NYG adds another veteran to their backfield. Harris’ season with the #Chargers last year was cut short because of an Achilles tear. Now fully healthy, he lands in NY. (Ian Rapoport on X)

FFToday's Take: The Giants are adding to their running back room which already contains Cam Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Devin Singletary. Harris is 11 months removed from a torn Achilles and has ties with former Chargers OC Greg Roman who is now a senior offensive assistant with the Giants. We can pencil in Harris as the RB3 at moment until we get a better understanding of his role in the offense.
