Mike Evans leaving Tampa Bay for San Francisco

San Francisco
Star wide receiver Mike Evans is leaving the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to sign a three-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers that is worth up to $60.4 million, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: It sounds like Evans was looking for another team, challenge to close out his career with. With Brandon Aiyuk gone and Jauan Jennings a free agent, Evans will step right in to a starting role and be a solid WR2 value in redraft leagues. Health will be Evans' biggest challenge to living up to his fantasy expectations in 2026. He's dealt with numerous hamstring issues throughout his career and missed a big chunk of time last season with a broken collarbone.
