Jeffery suffered a Lisfranc injury against the Giants Week 14, ending a disappointing, injury-plagued season for the veteran wide receiver. It was the fourth time in the last five seasons in which Jeffrey failed to play a full 16-game season.
His four touchdown receptions were the fewest in his time with the Eagles, and his 11.4 yards per reception were the worst of his career. Jeffrey is an old receiver who continues to break down, and will likely start the season on the sidelines or the PUP list.
Fantasy owners who have a PUP list/IR spot could consider adding Jeffery very late in the draft as a stash. He did lead all Eagles wide receivers with red zone targets (11) despite playing in only ten games.

Miles Sanders, Alshon Jeffery practicing in full RB out since Week 6; WR has yet to play By: Doug Orth | Fri Nov 13, 12:20 am

| | Miles Sanders (knee) and Alshon Jeffery (foot) should be back this week, according to @RapSheet. (John Clark on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: Sanders has been sidelined since Week 6, so his return is welcome news for his fantasy owners. The second-year back has been a top-20 back in four of the five games he has played this year. While he may cede a few touches to Boston Scott, he should immediately return to fantasy lineups. Jeffery's return is far less important to the offense given the recent emergence of Travis Fulgham and Jalen Reagor.

| High ankle sprain for DeSean Jackson Injury bug bites Jackson again By: Mike Krueger | Fri Oct 23, 9:21 am

| | Eagles believe WR DeSean Jackson suffered a high ankle sprain last night but he is undergoing an MRI today to see if he might need surgery, per source. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: It's going to be a lost season for Jackson who just couldn't stay healthy, dealing with hamstring and ankle injuries. He's likely to miss a few weeks making it difficult for fantasy owner to keep him on the roster. The Eagles are still carrying Alshon Jeffery on the active roster despite not playing.

| DeSean Jackson expected to play Week 7 Hamstring injury By: Mike Krueger | Wed Oct 21, 11:56 am

| | Ealges injury status for Giants, per Pederson:
OUT
Miles Sanders
Zach Ertz
Malik Jackson
Alshon Jeffery
IN
DeSean Jackson
Lane Johnson
Avonte Maddox
Duke Riley (Tim McManus on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: Jackson last played in Week 3 against the Bengals and has 10 catches on the year. He'll be a welcome addition for the Eagles depleted receiving corps but will be a risky play fantasy owners in Week 7. The wait continues for Alshon Jeffery.

| Miles Sanders, Zach Ertz expected to miss Week 7 Ertz out for 3-to-4 weeks with ankle injury By: Mike Krueger | Mon Oct 19, 1:25 pm

| | Eagles expect Miles Sanders to miss Thursday night's game with knee injury... Zach Ertz also expected out for 3-to-4 weeks with an ankle injury, according to sources. (Chris Mortensen on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: The Eagles have been decimated with injuries this season to their offensive skill position players. Boston Scott will be a hot pickup off the waiver wire this week ahead of his matchup against the Giants. Travis Fulgham is the only Eagles receiver considering in fantasy until DeSean Jackson and/or Alshon Jeffery return from injury.
