| Big second half ahead for Travis Hunter? Rookie appears set to handle WR1 duties in Jacksonville By: Doug Orth | Oct 27 2025, 7:00 pm

| It looks like Travis Hunter is going to be a significant player in the offense going forward. That's what HC Liam Coen said heading into last Sunday's game against the Rams, and then Hunter led the Jaguars in targets (14), catches (eight) and receiving yards (101) while playing a season-high 64 snaps. He now leads the team in receptions (28) and is second in receiving yards (298).
So don't be surprised if Hunter starts getting the WR1 treatment from the Jaguars in the season's second half, and that's partly due to his playmaking and run-after-the-catch ability, but also because Brian Thomas Jr. hasn't played at that level all season. (ESPN.com - Michael DiRocco)
FFToday's Take: As Michael DiRocco notes, Coen suggested Hunter would play a big role in the team's loss to the Rams in London and he did. Especially with Thomas struggling in his second season and the running game not hitting on big plays as it was in September, it would almost be shocking if Hunter does not push for at least seven or eight targets every week moving forward. With that kind of volume and his talent, he becomes a very good WR3 option in fantasy with WR2 upside.
