The tanking Dolphins are reshuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic as Rosen heads into a contest against the Cowboys as a 21.5 point underdog. Rosen is 8-of-21 for 102 yards with 2 INTs through two games. None of the Dolphins are fantasy worthy.
