|Maturity not talent has been the barrier to Donte Moncriefís development as a pro. After seeing his role increase in each of his first two years in the NFL, Moncrief is expected to enter the year as the starter opposite T.Y. Hilton. His lightning fast start to the 2015 season included five touchdowns in seven games and put the league and Andre Johnson on notice. He will enter training camp recovering from surgery to alleviate turf toe but is already running and making cuts as he heads into training camp. Assuming he continues to recover without any setbacks and shows a nice chemistry with his quarterback, there isnít any reason that Moncrief canít earn a profit as a middle of the draft investment that performs like a top 50 player more often than not.

Same shoulder that cost him five games earlier this season

FFToday's Take: This season was supposed to be Moncrief's coming-out party, but he's been too injured for most of it to celebrate, as he has dealt with shoulder and hamstring ailments. Seeing as how the Colts have nothing to play for in Week 17, don't expect Moncrief to suit up for the finale. Phillip Dorsett will likely get the call, but he has proven time and again he's not worthy of a fantasy start.

FFToday's Take: His red-zone connection with Andrew Luck aside, this is quickly turning into a bad-luck season for Moncrief, who missed Weeks 3-7 with a shoulder injury and did not return after pulling up lame in the Week 14 defeat against the Texans with an injury he apparently suffered around Thanksgiving. With the Vikings next up on the schedule and Moncrief unlikely to go, expect a whole lot of T.Y. Hilton and maybe even Jack Doyle.
| Colts' Luck on track to play|
By: Jake Gordon | Wed Nov 30, 6:15 pm
|It appears Andrew Luck is on track to return to action Monday night against the Jets.
Colts coach Chuck Pagano told reporters the quarterback remains in the concussion protocol, but Luck told reporters after practice Wednesday that he participated in the session with no restrictions.
FFToday's Take: This is great news for an Indianapolis offense that struggled to get much going with Scott Tolzien under center last week. Barring a setback, Andrew Luck will be a big boost for the fantasy values of T.Y. Hilton and Donte Moncrief.
