Bears are trading Justin Fields for a 2025 6th-round pick that goes to a 4th-round pick based on playtime, per sources. (Adam Schefter on X)

FFToday's Take: Alrighty then. The market for Fields obviously wasn't that strong given the compensation returning to the Bears. This move all but guarantees that Chicago will draft Caleb Williams or another quarterback with the first pick in the upcoming draft. Fields will join Russell Wilson as fresh faces in Pittsburgh as the Steeler overhaul the quarterback position. Will there be a QB competition?
