| Cowboys' Gus Johnson impressive in camp UDFA taking advantage of injuries to McFadden, Dunbar By: Doug Orth | Aug 10 2015, 5:05 pm
| With Joesph Randle sitting out of the full-contact drills on the goal line, many of the first-team reps fell to rookie tryout player Gus Johnson. It’s fair to say Johnson moved the pile, as he looked impressive in scoring multiple touchdowns. The highlight of his day came when he carried off right tackle on the goal line, shaking off Damien Wilson and bulldozing J.J. Wilcox to get into the end zone. (dallascowboys.com)
FFToday's Take: Johnson is a player to monitor in dynasty leagues only right now, but could end up on the redraft radar sooner than later since Darren McFadden is living up to his injury-prone reputation and Lance Dunbar is more of a part-time passing-down back. Johnson was the 2014 Southland Conference Player of the Year at Stephen F. Austin last year.
