Tight end Vernon Davis sat out the final 10 minutes of the 49ers’ 28-20 loss to the Chicago Bears on Sunday night with an ankle injury. Afterward, Davis was seen on crutches in the 49ers’ locker room. The severity of his sprain is not known.
