| Dwayne Bowe suspended one game Speeding, marijuana possession incident last year By: Mike Krueger | Aug 15 2014, 12:25 pm
| Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe has been suspended one game for substance abuse and will miss the opener against Tennessee, a team source told ESPN on Friday. The suspension stems from an incident on Nov. 10, 2013, when Bowe was pulled over in Riverside, Mo., for speeding and possession of marijuana. (ESPN)
FFToday's Take: Bowe plead guilty to a lesser charge and this should be the end of his punishment. Bowe's fantasy value has dipped in Andy Reid's offense thanks to his 57 catches, 673 yards, 5 TDs a year ago. There's reason to expect an increase in production from Bowe this season but this suspension will certainly keep his ADP hovering around Round 9 in twelve-team redraft leagues.
