Colts release WR LaVon Brazill Suspended by league for one year By: Mike Krueger | Jul 11 2014, 4:50 pm
The Colts have released receiver LaVon Brazill.
The announcement is not surprising after the NFL suspended Brazill for at least a year on July 3 for violating the league's substance-abuse policy for the second time. Brazill was banned for the first four games of the 2013 season for violating the policy. (ESPN)
FFToday's Take:Brazill's off-field issues have landed him out of the league and perhaps beyond his one-year suspension. T.Y. Hilton, Hakeem Nicks, Reggie Wayne and Da'Rick Rogers project to be Andrew Luck's top wide receivers this season.
