Six week recovery time for Eli Manning
Sprained ankle still giving Giants QB trouble
By: Mike Krueger | Apr 10 2014, 3:52 pm

Eli Manning will undergo an arthroscopic procedure on his left ankle. The Giants quarterback sustained a high ankle sprain during the season finale against the Redskins and, according to a post on the team's web site, is still "experiencing some discomfort" during the start of his offseason prep work. He is expected to be out for at least six weeks. (NJ.com)

FFToday's Take: Manning isn't expected to participate in the off-season program which begins April 21st but should be available once mini-camp begins in late June. Manning was sacked more than any other QB last season but has been very durable during his career. He's played in every game since 2005.
