| DeSean Jackson released by Eagles Eagles unable to find a trade partner By: Mike Krueger | Mar 28 2014, 12:40 pm
| After careful consideration this offseason, Eagles decide to part ways with DeSean Jackson. The team informed him of his release today. (Philadelphia Eagles via Twitter)
FFToday's Take: We knew this was a possibility and now it's come true. The Eagles released their top receiver from 2013 just two years after signing a five-year contract extension. He was set to make $10.5 million this season. Jackson is in the prime of his career and despite his attitude and off-field concerns, will likely have a few teams (Jets, Raiders, Chiefs, 49ers, etc.) considering his services.
