The Titans have officially informed QB Ryan Fitzpatrick he's been released. (Jim Wyatt via Twitter) FFToday's Take: Charlie Whitehurst was signed earlier this week and will be the backup to Jake Locker. Fitzpatrick started nine games last season and shouldn't have a difficult time catching on with a new team considering the lack of depth in the QB free agent class. Fitzpatrick is 31 years old.
