Ezekiel Elliott suspension reinstated RB expected to appeal latest decision in this legal saga By: Doug Orth | Oct 12 2017, 6:10 pm
5th Circuit Court of Appeals rules to vacate Ezekiel Elliott's preliminary injunction and Eastern District Of Texas has to dismiss case. (Dallas Morning News)
FFToday's Take:In other words, Elliott's six-game suspension has been reinstated, at least until his legal team files a new injunction from the Southern District of New York. It now looks as though Zeke owners will have to move forward without him from Weeks 7-12. Alfred Morris and Darren McFadden need to be scooped up immediately off waivers if available, with Morris probably being the slightly better fantasy option.
