With a start against the 49ers on Saturday, Paxton Lynch faced the biggest test of his young NFL career in trying to secure the Broncos’ starting quarterback job. His persistent struggles in reading and reacting to the defense were scattered throughout. His flash of potential was obvious. But so, too, were his rawness and inexperience. (Denver Post) FFToday's Take: Trevor Siemian entered late in 2nd quarter and led the Broncos on a TD-drive. The Broncos have giving Lynch every opportunity to win the starting QB job but he's not taking advantage. The Broncos haven't put a timetable on naming a starting quarterback but unless Lynch does something overly impress in the next week and a half, the Job is going to be Siemian's.
