Gillislee likely to fill Blount role
Expect fantasy frustation with the Pats RB position
By: Mike Krueger | Jul 4 2017, 9:16 am

The Patriots will still have James White, Dion Lewis, Burkhead and possibly D.J. Foster at running back, so it won't all fall on Mike Gillislee. But Gillislee projects as the most likely running back to fill the void left by Blount, who is now with the Eagles. It's a big opportunity for him. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: Mike Reiss is speculating but he covers the Pats on a daily basis and offers great insight into the team. With Gillislee going late in Round 5 of 12-team mocks, fantasy owners are favoring him over James White (12.05) and Rex Burkhead (14.05). With so may RB options, it will be difficult to peg the weekly fantasy value of any Pats running back.
