New York Giants

Jennings unlikely to play Monday night
Thumb injury
By: Mike Krueger | Sep 29 2016, 8:00 am

New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings is unlikely to play on Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings, according to multiple sources. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: Coaches are still worried about Jennings' ability to catch the ball and pass protect with a cast on his thumb. Expect a committee approach with Orleans Darkwa being the lead back. Bobby Rainey and Paul Perkins could receive touches as well. Darkwa is a Flex option only against a difficult Vikings defense.
