Panthers rookie WR Chris Brazzell II sustained a moderate LCL tear in his left knee and is expected to miss up to eight weeks, per a league source with knowledge of the situation. Brazzell's injury is believed to be unrelated to his earlier knee issue. (Joe Person on X)

FFToday's Take: The Panthers currently lead the league in injuries during the early portion of training camp. Brazzell was expected to push Xavier Legette for the No.3 wide receiver role in Carolina but this injury should allow Legette to keep his spot with John Metchie and David Moore rounding out the depth chart. Nobody outside of Tetairoa McMillan and Jalen Coker are worth considering from this passing game.
