Trade: David Montgomery on the move to Houston Lions get OL Juice Scruggs, a 4th-rounder and a 7th-rounder By: Mike Krueger | Mon Mar 2, 11:05 am

| | The Texans are sending OL Juice Scruggs, a 4th-rounder and a 7th-rounder to Detroit for David Montgomery. (Tom Pelissero on X)
FFToday's Take: With the waters still murky around Joe Mixon and his foot injury, the Texans have landed a power back to go with Woody Marks. Montgomery has scored 33 TDs in his last three years with Detroit filling the 1B role next to Jahmyr Gibbs. Montgomery will likely get the bulk of early-down work in Houston with Marks working as a change of pace and on third downs. This can be viewed as a slight upgrade for Montgomery's redraft fantasy value in 2026 assuming he stays healthy.

| Nick Chubb back for Week 16 Rib injury By: Mike Krueger | Sat Dec 20, 11:39 pm

| | Texans RB Nick Chubb, also listed as questionable for Sunday due to a rib injury, is expected to play vs. the Raiders. (Adam Schefter on X)
FFToday's Take: Chubb missed most of Week 14 and all of Week 15 with a rib injury but will return in Week 16 to face the Raiders. Meanwhile, Woody Marks only got in a limited Friday practice this week due to an ankle issue and is listed as Questionable. If we see more of Chubb this week, he will be a worthy Flex play against the struggling Raiders but may share touches with Jawhar Jordan if Marks is ruled Out.

| Nick Chubb not expected to play in Week 15 Big workload coming for Woody Marks By: Mike Krueger | Sat Dec 13, 10:57 pm

| | Texans RB Nick Chubb, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a rib injury, is not expected to play vs. the Cardinals, per source. (Adam Schefter on X)
FFToday's Take: Chubb left Week 14 with a rib injury which allowed Woody Marks to handle 28 touches against the Chiefs. Dare Ogunbowale only played 1 snap last week, but will likely get more action against the Cardinals. Still, this should be a good spot for Marks to finish as a RB1 on the week. He will be highly owned in DFS contests in Week 15.
