2026 Outlook
Depth Chart
Jaxson Dart's rookie campaign in 2025 was full of ups and downs. The QB took over as the Giants' starter in Week 4 and showed flashes of dual-threat brilliance, while also struggling at times. He finished the year with 2,272 passing yards and 15 touchdowns through the air, while limiting his interceptions to just five -- an impressive feat for a rookie.

Perhaps more importantly for his fantasy value, Dart also added an impressive 487 yards and nine scores on the ground. Unfortunately, that aggressive, high-contact playing style led to multiple concussion scares, ultimately leading to some real dud performances down the stretch and a concerning injury outlook for 2026.

The Giants have surrounded Dart with an intriguing mix of weapons, maintaining most of the important pass-catchers he worked with as a rookie while also bringing in the likes of Darnell Mooney, Odell Beckham Jr., and JuJu Smith-Schuster, alongside rookie Malachi Fields and tight end Isaiah Likely for veteran depth. Star receiver Malik Nabers is still recovering from a torn ACL and reports seem to indicate that he may not be ready to play at the start of the season, further underlining the importance of the depth pieces the Giants brought in. While Beckham and Smith-Schuster aren't expected to be standalone fantasy assets at this stage of their careers, the depth does help Dart and should give him a higher floor this season, especially if Nabers makes his return earlier than expected. If he can stay healthy and take fewer hits, his rushing floor gives him legitimate mid-level QB1 fantasy upside.

Draft Dart as an upside QB2 or high-risk/reward QB1 if you miss out on the top players at the position. His ability to run the ball in near the goal line gives him spike-week potential, but the concussion history and a shaky receiving corps early in the year make him a boom-or-bust weekly starter.
