He's not going to be a cornerstone of any drafts, but Ryan Flournoy is a deep-sleeper target who has big game potential. He was highly efficient in 2025, turning limited looks into 40 catches, 475 yards, and four touchdowns. His best game came in Week 14 against Detroit, where he caught 9 passes for 115 yards and a score when injuries opened up the rotation. He also turned in another six-catch, 114-yard performance against the Jets in Week 5. It's not often that a team produces two weekly borderline WR1s, a top-five TE, and another player who still manages to turn in multiple 100-yard games in the same season. But that's the kind of depth that we're talking about in this high-octane Dallas passing game.
Flournoy enters 2026 as the definitive WR3 in Dallas. He won't see consistent weekly volume behind Lamb and Pickens, but he is one of the few legitimate "handcuff" insurance policy WRs in the league. If either starter goes down, Flournoy steps into a high-volume role immediately. Stash him late if you have deep rosters, or keep him at the top of your waiver watchlist. If Lamb starts struggling with soft tissue injuries again then it's time to break the "in case of emergency" glass and be the first to invest in Flournoy.
