2026 Outlook
Depth Chart
Bryce Young's 2025 season was his best so far as a pro. He improved in practically every statistical category that mattered from his previous two seasons: touchdowns, yards, completion percentage, and yards per attempt. Young has come a long way since his benching in 2024 -- a move that prematurely triggered the "bust" label on the then-second-year pro. To his credit, his play has upgraded his stock to the degree that he is now considered a draftable option.

That said, "draftable option" in Young's case is not a significant improvement from this time last year, when he was coming off a strong finish to 2024 that included seven touchdown passes and zero interceptions over the final three games. Comments about his lack of size are one thing, but his lack of offensive weapons should also be taken into consideration when evaluating his fantasy prospects. That shortage of playmakers is a major reason Young topped 200 passing yards in only four games last season, with the last one coming in the season finale.

Young is perhaps worth taking a flyer on late in 2QB leagues because he is improving as an NFL signal-caller. But that improvement has yet to transfer to the fantasy world, and 2026 could bring more of the same.
