While other teams might employ a more productive fantasy receiving duo than the Bengals, few if any teams can support three fantasy starters at receiver. Boyd continues to be the model of consistency for this offense, and while his numbers have expectedly dipped since the ascension of Chase and Higgins, he's still managed 750+ yards and five touchdowns in each of the last two seasons, good enough to be in the WR3 conversation. He makes a tremendous value play on your roster as a fill-in starter or handcuff for Higgins/Chase. With the loss of Perine's 50+ targets, Boyd could also be in line to soak up a few of those, increasing his standalone value even further.

Joe Burrow out for the season, wrist injury Torn ligament in wrist By: Mike Krueger | Fri Nov 17, 2:40 pm

| | Bengals QB Joe Burrow suffered a torn wrist ligament that will likely require season-ending surgery, coach Zac Taylor said. (Ben Baby on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: Another quarterback bites the dust. Burrow left Week 11 with a wrist issue and couldn't throw the ball on the sidelines without pain. Jake Browning will now take over as the starter. This is an obvious downgrade to the offense as a whole, specifically Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd. The offense will likely rely on Joe Mixon more moving forward.

| Tee Higgins dealing with rib injury Repotedly fractured rib; hopeful he can play in Week 5 By: Doug Orth | Mon Oct 2, 4:10 pm

| | Tee Higgins says he does not see his rib injury keeping him out an extended period of time. Could potentially be back this week. Says a matter of soreness and pain tolerance as the rib heals. (The Athletic - Paul Dehner Jr.)
FFToday's Take: While players have played through rib fractures before, it seems unlikely that Cincinnati will push all that hard to put Higgins on the field with its offense struggling so much. Wide receiver is one position where the Bengals have some decent depth, as Tyler Boyd would likely return to a full-time role and rookie Andrei Iosivas would see his first real playing time of the year. Cincinnati's offense has struggled to the point where no receiver outside of Ja'Marr Chase is a must-start.
