Cardinals eyeing QB Ty Simpson in the NFL Draft?
Jacoby Brissett and Gardner Minshew currently on the roster

| “There is a feeling around the league that the Cardinals certainly have some level of interest in Ty Simpson,” ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported.
Similarly, NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah said, “I believe firmly (Simpson) is going to be a Cardinal." (AZCentral.com)
FFToday's Take: Cardinals general manager Monti Ossenfort spoke broadly about the quarterback position and the traits they look for in a rookie. With the Cardinals holding an early 2nd round pick (2.02), they could use that pick on Simpson or trade up into the backend of the first round. Jacoby Brissett and Gardner Minshew are currently on the roster. “That's where we are right now,” Ossenfort said. “Is that how it looks going into training camp? I don't know. We'll see.”
