Dan Quinn confirms season-ending ACL for Zach Ertz. (The Athletic - Ben Standig) FFToday's Take: The injury happened on what appeared to be a dirty hit by Vikings S Jay Ward. Regardless of the intent, Ertz's age (35) and how late in the season that it happened, there is a small chance this is how his career comes to an end. Ben Sinnott should be expected to replace him as a near full-time player, although the hyped second-year pro has found it difficult to carve out much of a role for himself.
