FFToday's Take: Dart was seemingly on track to clear concussion protocol this week after missing Week 11 but no dice. Instead, we'll get Jameis Winston against the Lions. Last week, Winston failed to throw a touchdown pass against the Packers. This week, the matchup is better against a Lions-D that's given up the 11th most fantasy points to the position.
