Giants expected to start Jameis Winston in Week 11
Dart in concussion protocol
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 12 2025, 8:55 am

The New York Giants are expected to start quarterback Jameis Winston against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, sources told ESPN on Wednesday. Starter Jaxson Dart is in the concussion protocol as the Giants return to practice Wednesday afternoon and seems unlikely to play, a source said. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: Interim head coach Mike Kafka has made his first significant move, elevating Winston ahead of Russell Wilson on the quarterback depth chart. Winston should help the Giants passing game but the matchup this week against the Packers is a negative one. Green Bay has allowed the sixth fewest fantasy points to the quarterback position. As we know, Winston is notorious for turnovers which leaves him in the QB2 conversation this week.
