Bryce Young suffers sprained ankle in Week 7
Expected to miss Week 8

| #Panthers QB Bryce Young suffered a high ankle sprain on Sunday, an MRI revealed, and he is expected to miss this week’s game against the #Bills, per sources. Andy Dalton is now in line to start against Buffalo, and quite possibly beyond. The exact timetable for Bryce Young is TBD. This type of high ankle sprain is generally a 2-4 week injury, though Carolina is hopeful he could miss as little as one game. (Tom Pelissero on X)
FFToday's Take: Carolina's bye doesn't come until Week 14 so we're likely to see Dalton at quarterback for the next couple games (BUF, @GB). Young is currently the QB28 and doesn't hold much fantasy value outside of 2-QB or Superflex leagues. We might actually get some better passing performances out of the Panthers with Dalton under center.
