| Running back Miles Sanders signed a four-year deal with the Carolina Panthers, the team announced Wednesday evening, effectively ending his tenure with the Eagles. By signing with Carolina, Sanders reunites with former Eagles and current Panthers running backs coach Duce Staley. (Philadelphia Inquirer)
FFToday's Take: A year after scoring zero touchdowns, Sanders posted his best season as pro, scoring 11 times in 2022 and rushing for 1269 yards in a prolific Eagles' offense. Sanders should be the lead back for Carolina but his upside will hinge on what complement RB Carolina decides to bring in D'Onta Foreman (UFA) could be back at the right price. Chuba Hubbard remains on the roster but will likely be the No.3 option once training camp kicks off this Summer.
