Teddy Bridgewater in concussion protocol Broncos QB's status up in the air for Week 5 By: Antonio D'Arcangelis | Oct 5 2021, 10:19 am
Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater’s availability for Sunday’s game at Pittsburgh is uncertain after he sustained a concussion in Sunday’s loss to Baltimore. (Denver Post)
FFToday's Take:Fangio said it is possible Bridgewater could be on the field Thursday in a limited capacity, and we can't really recommend picking up Drew Lock, the Broncos’ starter last year, who entered the game after halftime and was 12 of 21 for 113 yards and one interception. The Broncos WR corps takes a hit if Lock is at QB, but we could see more targets for the RBs and Noah Fant.
