Lions’ HC Dan Campbell on free agent Todd Gurley: “Look, we have interest in Todd. We do. We’re talking with him and his agent. But just because we have interest in him that does not affect our feeling and our thoughts on both D’Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams. It does not.” (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Campbell can sugarcoat it all he wants but the addition of Gurley isn't going to bode well for the playing time of Swift or Williams. If Swift is going to be a reliable RB2 this fall, he's going to have to earn it on the field.
