Jeremy Fowler (@JFowlerESPN) on Twitter: "Jets RB Le'Veon Bell, who's on short-term IR with a hamstring issue, is eyeing a Week 5 return to the lineup and intends to play vs. the Cardinals barring unforseen setback, per source. Week 5 is when Bell is eligible to rejoin the active roster." (Twitter/ESPN)

FFToday's Take: It's not essential news given how bad the Jets have been, but he's still a must-play RB2/3 or flex once he's 100 percent.
