49ers sign TE Jordan Reed
One-year deal
By: Mike Krueger | Aug 3 2020, 2:45 pm

Former Washington Football Team Pro Bowl TE Jordan Reed reached agreement on an incentive-laden, one-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers, sources tell ESPN. Reed is 30, has a history of concussions, but when healthy - as he is now - he is one of the game’s elite tight ends. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: We heard last month that a few teams were interested in Reed and now the oft-injured tight end has found a landing spot. Due to various injuries, Reed's playing time has been limited in his career including missing all of the 2019 season. The team is in talks with fellow tight end George Kittle on a new contract but discussions seem to be at a standoff. Reed is off the fantasy radar unless something happens to Kittle.
