Jets won't go all-out to land Le'Veon Bell
Former Steelers RB sat out 2018

Pittburgh Steelers
Le’Veon Bell would be the weapon that Sam Darnold desperately needs, but it’d be foolish to believe that he’s a slam dunk to land in green-and-white. The Jets will not break the bank in free agency for the dynamic playmaker, according to sources. That doesn’t mean they won’t make a fair and competitive offer. It simply means that they aren’t handing over a blank check for his services. (New York Daily News)

FFToday's Take: The Daily News' Manish Mehta mentions the Jets, Buccaneers, Eagles, Raiders and perhaps the Dolphins as potential fits for Bell. The reality is that Bell, who reportedly turned down a five-year, $70 million last summer that included $33 million in guarantees, will be lucky to come anywhere close to those marks in free agency after a year away from the game. Bell should resume workhorse status wherever he lands, but he may be a low-end RB1 outside of the Steelers' fantasy-friendly offense.
