Injury prone veteran to add depth to receiving corps
The New York Giants have re-signed wide receiver Domenik Hixon. Hixon missed most of last season after surgery on a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. He was hurt making a touchdown catch against the St. Louis Rams in the second week of the season. Contract terms were not immediately available, but Hixon gives the Giants another option if Super Bowl hero Mario Manningham is not re-signed. (Yahoo Sports)

FF Today's Take: Hixon has been about as fragile as a dry leaf in recent years, but has shown tremendous agility and quickness when healthy. He has played in just two games over the past two years and sees time mostly as a kick and punt returner, limiting his fantasy value. Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz will continue to be the Giants' receivers to own in fantasy.
