Tomlin says addressing RB situation is a priority
The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed veteran tight end Leonard Pope to a one-year contract. Terms of the deal, announced Tuesday, were not released. The 28-year-old Pope spent the previous three seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, catching a career-high 24 passes for 247 yards and a touchdown in 2011. (Yahoo Sports)

FF Today's Take: At 6-foot-8 and 264 pounds, Pope is a monstrous run blocking tight end and could help clear some space for whoever ends up running the ball for the Steelers next season. Coach Mike Tomlin has already been quoted as saying "I am sure we are going to get another running back, whether it's in free agency or in the draft. We will address it."
