|Since Derrick Mason's departure following the 2004 season, five different players have led the team in receiving yards. Nate Washington led the team twice, most recently two years ago with a whopping 746 yards. While Kendall Wright passed him on the depth chart, Washington should remain a starter as he prepares for his ninth season in the league. As the offense evolves around younger players, a decline is expected to keep the veteran's fantasy value to that of a bye week replacement option. Should quarterback Jake Locker find his way in 2014, Washington would top out as a WR4 or WR5 depending on the number of teams in your league

|Already without Justin Hunter, out for the year with a lacerated spleen, the Titans are now dealing with an injury to Kendall Wright. The team’s top wide receiver suffered a hand injury when he slipped at practice Wednesday and did not practice Thursday.
“He finished practice [Wednesday] and today he came in and it was sore and we just gave him the day off because I didn’t want him trying to catch a ball and aggravating it,” coach Ken Whisenhunt said. “It’s going to depend on how much better it gets tomorrow.” (ESPN)|
FFToday's Take: Wright is coming off his best game of the year and could still be a solid WR3 play - especially in PPR leagues - He should be a target hog following the loss of Hunter, but this is shaping up to be a game-time decision. If Wright sits, downgrade Zach Mettenberger and upgrade Nate Washington and Delanie Walker, each of whom will likely get flooded with targets.
