Alex Collins arrested after car crash
Charges not yet announced
By: Mike Krueger | Fri Mar 1, 10:00 am

Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Ravens running back Alex Collins was arrested Friday morning after a car crash about a mile away from the team facility. Collins' car crashed into a tree in Owings Mills around 6:48 a.m., according to police. The charges against Collins are expected to be announced Friday afternoon. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: Collins is a restricted free agent and isn't lock to return to Baltimore after dealing with injuries in 2018 and losing his place in the running back rotation to Gus Edwards and Kenneth Dixon. Javorius Allen and Ty Montgomery are unrestricted free agents.

Gus Edwards will have competition
Harbaugh: Gus is right now our No.1 running back
By: Mike Krueger | Wed Feb 27, 4:00 pm

Baltimore Ravens
John Harbaugh on Gus Edwards: "Gus is right now our No. 1 running back going in, and I expect him to build on that. We're going to put some competition in there for him, too. We'll see how he responds to it." (Jamison Hensley on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Edwards is an exclusive rights free agent meaning he'll most likely be with the team in 2019 and appears to be penciled in as the starter at the moment. The Ravens will likely continue their run-first ways with Lamar Jackson at quarterback but Edwards needs to improve in the passing game if he wants to be a true workhorse back. He'll carry RB3/Flex value heading into redraft leagues this summer.
