|After being a valuable fantasy surprise in 2012 and 2013 with 1000-plus-yard, 70+ catch seasons, Hartline disappeared last season in Miami as his target, reception, and yardage totals approached career lows. Hartlineís combination of salary, production, and scheme fit led to his release from the Dolphins after the season. While heís never been much of a touchdown scorer, Hartline provides the Browns with a solid possession receiver option with underrated run after the catch skills. Heís a nice piece for the Browns, but this offense simply canít support two fantasy relevant receivers. Stick with Bowe if youíre looking for value.

|Browns WR Dwayne Bowe (hamstring) will be inactive vs. #Jets, sources say. A 3rd stringer on the depth chart, his deal has $9M guaranteed (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)|
FFToday's Take: Bowe missed a good portion of training camp with a hamstring injury and has been unimpressive when he has stepped on the field. Brian Hartline and Andrew Hawkins are expected to get the start.
