2014 Outlook
Depth Chart
Well, it is safe to say that Reggie suffered from the loss of Peyton Manning but itís also fair to say that he didnít fall off the fantasy map like many prognosticators seem to believe. Hey, 75 receptions for 960 yards and four touchdowns isnít horrible when you are playing for a 2-14 squad with major issues at quarterback. Nonetheless, at 33 years of age (he will turn 34 during the season), it is also fair to wonder just how much Wayne has left. However, with no threat to unseat him as the Colts leading receiver, he will get plenty of looks in 2012 and that should bode well for his fantasy prospects. Sure, a return to the 111 reception, 1,355 yard and six touchdown production he put up in 2010 isnít going to happen but he should be a rock solid WR3 provided the injury bug doesnít strike. And with just three missed games (all as a rookie in 2001) during his eleven-year career, the odds of that happening are slim. In fact, with his fantasy rep at an all-time low, Wayne could be a bargain on draft day.

News From The Past 90 Days
Injury Ahmad Bradshaw likely done for season     -- Mon Nov 17 6:40 pm --

Fractured fibula
Indianapolis Colts RB Ahmad Bradshaw's season is in serious jeopardy after he suffered what the Colts believe to be a broken ankle against the New England Patriots on Sunday night, a league source told The Indianapolis Star. (Indianapolis Star)

FF Today's Take: Beat writer Mike Chappell later revealed on Twitter that Bradshaw's injury is a fractured fibula, meaning a trip to season-ending IR is imminent. It is a crushing blow to the Colts, who lose an integral part of the running game and the short-passing game in the process. Trent Richardson should move into more of a lead-back role while Dwayne Allen and Reggie Wayne should see their red-zone opportunities increase.
Injury Vontae Davis, T-Rich at practice on Thursday     -- Thu Oct 30 3:20 pm --

Reggie Wayne held out (rest), could have practiced if needed

FF Today's Take: It's an important trio for the Colts to get back ahead of their Monday Night Football game against the Giants. Davis' absence played a key role in the Steelers' ability to throw for six touchdowns last week. Richardson's presence allows Indianapolis to keep Ahmad Bradshaw around 15 touches per game, while Wayne is Andrew Luck's preferred third-down target. Richardson is a solid flex play if he can go this week and Wayne should return to being a solid WR3 if he can go Monday night.
Injury Reggie Wayne has MRI on elbow     -- Tue Oct 21 9:30 am --

Status uncertain
It's uncertain if the Indianapolis Colts will have veteran wideout Reggie Wayne when they travel to Pittsburgh Sunday to face the Steelers. He underwent an MRI test Monday afternoon to determine the severity of the injury (elbow). "We'll know more (later)," Colts coach Chuck Pagano said. "We'll meet with the doctors later tonight, tomorrow." (Indianapolis Star)

FF Today's Take: Wayne fell on his elbow during Sunday's win against the Bengals but did return to action. Wayne ranks 36th among fantasy wideouts and is a low-end WR3 with limited upside.
