Allen Hurns ruled out with concussion-- Fri Dec 4 5:30 pm --
Jags' WR has not cleared NFL's concussion protocol
Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Allen Hurns will not play against Tennessee on Sunday because he has not yet cleared the NFL's concussion protocol. Hurns was one of three players the Jaguars (4-7) ruled out against the Titans (2-9). Linebacker Dan Skuta (groin) and backup running back Toby Gerhart (groin) also will not play. Hurns suffered the concussion in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 31-25 loss to San Diego. This week's game will be the first he's missed since he signed with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2014. Hurns has battled through an ankle injury and a sports hernia this season to catch 48 passes for 758 yards and seven touchdowns.
