Outlook: Similar to Pierce, rookie Josh Downs also isn't the most proficient route runner. However, they are opposite when it comes to size, separation and change of direction. The 5-foot-9 wide receiver recorded 295 receptions for 2,364 yards and 19 touchdowns during his final two seasons at the University of North Carolina.

Downs gets inside leverage as a slot receiver quite often and has a large catch radius despite his size. He isn't necessarily a burner, but is still fast and changes direction on cuts very efficiently.

Downs and Isaiah McKenzie are battling for the starting slot receiver job, so it's currently uncertain how much time he'll spend on the gridiron every Sunday. Should Downs get the nod, he should finish the season as a top-80 receiver, but he won't be selected in most redraft leagues.

Outlook: Kyle Phillips was the Titans' fourth receiver last season and only played in four games, recording eight receptions for 78 yards. Like Burks, Phillips was also a rookie last season as the Titans drafted him with the 163rd overall pick in 2022. Phillips was very solid at UCLA, putting up 59 receptions for 739 yards and 10 touchdowns in his final year.

Phillips is hoping to put up similar numbers, but it'll be all but impossible with the lack of targets in this offense. At best he'll be third in the pecking order for Tannehill behind Burks and TE Chigoziem Okonkwo. As a result, he won't be drafted in fantasy leagues this season but since he's likely to earn the starting job as the slot receiver, Phillips is someone to keep an eye in on PPR leagues should he hold onto his role for the entire season.

Outlook: An injury-riddled start to his rookie season meant that Wan'Dale Robinson got off to a slow start, but he finally broke out in the Giants' Week 11 matchup against the Lions, catching nine of the 13 passes that came his way and reaching his first 100-yard game... and then he tore his ACL. It was an extremely disappointing outcome and now Robinson will have to fight to get back on the field at some point this season as he is unlikely to be ready to go in Week 1.

Given the profiles of the other Giants receivers, Robinson does seem like a good bet to make a splash at some point, but it almost certainly won't be until late in the year, meaning that he'll be clogging up a roster spot on teams that opt to select him late in drafts. Late-round injured players like this don't often end up delivering difference-making fantasy production, especially in a crowded wide receiver room, so fantasy managers in normal leagues would be best served to let him go undrafted and then pick him up off of waivers when we start to hear positive signs about his return to the field.
