Tre Mason "tweaks" his hamstring
Expected to be ready for Week 1
By: Mike Krueger | Aug 30 2015, 7:25 am

Against the Colts, running back Tre Mason left late in the first quarter after suffering a hamstring injury. (He had missed time earlier in training camp with a similar injury.) “It was just a little tweak,” Mason said. “It’s nothing too bad. It’s just tight. It got a little sore, so got out of there.” (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)

FFToday's Take: The injury doesn't appear to be serious and Mason will likely be held out of the last preseason game in preparation for Week 1. With Todd Gurley on the mend from his ACL injury, Mason is expected to be the opening day starter at running back for the Rams.
